VR’s anyone?
Well it seems everyone has cooled down on the idea of doing a VR. Haven’t heard of one calling it for quite some time now so I was wondering “Have we all slackened a bit?”
If you ask me, I’ve been running most days I can’t even remember if anyone was indeed doing a VR with me. Which doesn’t trouble me, of course, though I sure am hoping some day, somehow, we all get back into the act and just do a VR again.
Wouldn’t you?

As for me, I still do get out at 430am but I’m a bit faster this time. Cross training using my bike through the same route.
