a memorial run has been set to honor ryan shay next saturday, november 17. they are inviting individual runners everywhere in the world to dedicate their own 5.5 mile run in his memory (http://completerunning.com/). saturday is usally a rest day for me, but i think i would do this virtual memorial run.
