I should be running…

But am not, so I should stick to the basics. No run, no pain. No pain, no gain. The first on works for me. It’s just been a week since my injury. The second one may still work for me, though. Sans running, I do upper core exercises, i.e lots of sit-ups, actually, 300 to be exact. Next week I go for 400 reps until I can do a thousand before I can finally take the long, lonely road to running again.

This is how it should be done…

I know it’s frigging boring. But as He-man, the Master of the Universe, would say: “By the power of Greyskull, give me some more six-packs!”

That shouldn’t be too hard to do. Yeah, it IS frigging boring.
